SUBSTANCE: to prevent catching of fry fish into water intakes, fish-protection arrangement has water-intake pipe 1 with inlet head-piece 2 which is made impenetrable for fish due to accommodation concentric converging tubes of different dimensions, and fish-bypassing pipe connection 3 passing through intake head-piece 2. Converging tubes of different dimensions are located in pipe connection 3. Inlet head- piece 4 of pipe connection 3 is provided with fish-intake cowl 5.
