FIELD: testing engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a chamber filled with fluid, two specimen holders mounted inside the chamber, and hydraulic cylinder that interacts with holders and is provided with open spaces at the end faces. The plungers are axially alined to form a space and provided with spherical grooves wherein the specimen holders are received. The device also has controllers of pressure whose spaces are in communication with the spaces of the hydraulic cylinder, three hydraulic accumulators, three analog units, and computer.
