Abstract RU 2119596 C1

FIELD: mining industry; high pressure water sources for breaking rock, cutting different materials and cleaning surfaces. SUBSTANCE: pressure booster has piston coupled with plunger and installed in housing of stepped hydraulic cylinder thus forming piston spaces of direct and bask travel, and high pressure space. Device has plunger slot sealing arrangement made in form of sleeve installed in housing with cross channels arranged lengthwise the sleeve. Channels connect outer and inner surfaces of sleeve. Ring backpressure chamber are made along outer surface of sleeve to cut down volumetric losses. Backpressure chamber arranged in each section with cross channels are divided by sealing belts. Device has pulse mechanism to feed lubricating and sealing liquid. Output channel is connected directly with first backpressure chamber at side of high pressure space, and through check valve, with piston space of device back travel. Pulse mechanism can be made in form of medium separator installed in housing with forming of two spaces. One of spaces is connected with output channel of device, and second space, with high pressure space of device. Pulse mechanism can be made in form of additional booster with drive spaces of direct and back travel and high pressure rod space. Rod space is connected with output channel, and spaces of direct and back travel of auxiliary booster are connected, respectively, with direct and back travel spaces of device.
