FIELD: thermonuclear investigation engineering. SUBSTANCE: high temperature plasma magnetic confinement device has plasma chamber composed by two toroidal members elongated in vertical symmetry axial direction embedding one to another. External toroidal member has longitudinal discontinuity in vertical direction and they are connected along equatorial line so to form four ports at least which are elongated in vertical direction and placed round equatorial ring in pair-symmetrical positioning with respect to vertical axis of symmetry. For plasma confinement longitudinal toroidal and vertical magnetic fields are maintained so the last includes upper coil of injection system attached to vertical axis of magnetic field and windings of diverter-exhaust installation part. Device other variant includes azimuthal-toroidal magnetic field created by one (or more) axial tube-type axial conductor using and electroconducting screen adjacent to plasma chamber surface ports opening excepting.
