FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises mixing cylinder with horizontal axis and means for removal ice cream from one side. Periphery mixer is installed in cylinder with a possibility of rotating relative to its axis. It has two mixing spiral-shaped arms disposed diametrically opposed each other and extended along the cylinder length. Some scrapers installed between mixing arms are interacted with outer walls and inner wall of cylinder. Scrapers are disposed along cylinder length in staggered order at an angle and relative to each other. EFFECT: improved design. 23 cl, 7 dwg
