FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a tool head with cutter 3 mounted eccentrically to the axis of housing 2 of the head and set in bearings. From one side of the housing bearings 27-30 are rigidly secured to it. Bearings 34-35, from the other side of housing 2, are secured to the arms of rocker 33 pivotally connected with slide 32. After setting cutter 3 to provided a required boring by means of mechanism 26, it is set in rotation and fed for machining. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
