FIELD: well drilling. SUBSTANCE: device includes a body with a rest and circulating holes. The latter are capped. The caps are secured to the circulating holes by removable calibrated shear studs and have ring seals. A slide valve is placed in the body. The slide valve is made in the form of sealing holder. Its inner diameter is equal to inner diameter of the casing string. The slide valve has fitting ring of slightly drilled material. The ring is secured inside the slide valve. Besides it has ball-type stopper to fix it about the body. EFFECT: higher reliability in operation of the device in cementing oil and gas wells. 2 cl, 2 dwg
