FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: invention is applicable in arrangements for cementing casing string and increases reliability of operation within strictly limited range of downhole pressures. Arrangement includes body and housing constituting longitudinal hydraulic channel. On the ends of arrangement, packaging units with insulating members are disposed. They are executed in the form of V-shaped rubber sleeve gaskets and installed in such a way as to allow its inner surface to interact with drive chocks. The drive constitutes ring piston and ring cylinder disposed on outer side of the body. The former is immovably fastened on the body. The latter is connected with chock free to move. Inner surface of insulating members bears longitudinal channels. Outer surface of chocks has grooves. Arrangement itself consists of at least three modules provided with bushings on their ends. On the outer end they have annular channel and, on the inner end, grooves corresponding to longitudinal hydraulic channel. EFFECT: improved reliability. 2 dwg
