FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to completion of wells at their construction by drilling and can be used in completion of incline and horizontal wells, elimination of water overflows in condition of pressure-forced water-bearing beds. Device has body with circulation holes. Concentrically seated in body is tube. Located on body are packing members and actuator for their spreading. These members are made in the form of annular piston-wedge which together with body creates circular space which is connected with in-tube space. Device is provided with shutter having fixing means. Shutter is installed in circular space for possible displacement along axis of device. Packing members are secured on body with possibility of interaction with piston-wedge.
