FIELD: veterinary immunology. SUBSTANCE: analyzed samples of mink biological fluids were applied as micropoints matrix on solid-phase porous carrier, mainly nitrocellulose, and dried at the room temperature. Then carrier is incubated for 30-60 min in blocking solvent, for example, gelatin and interaction reaction of antibodies bound with carrier in the examined samples is carried out in the same blocking solution in the presence of viral antigen labeled with enzyme. The source of the antigen labeled with enzyme is biotin-streptavidin-peroxidase conjugate of mink Aleutian disease virus. After carrier washing off in buffer results of interaction in enzyme-substrate solution were recorded by appearance of the stained spots in sample place containing antibodies to mink Aleutian disease virus. EFFECT: improved method of detection. 7 cl, 3 dwg
