The source of the antigen labeled with enzyme is biotin-streptavidin-peroxidase conjugate of mink Aleutian disease virus. After carrier washing off in buffer results of interaction in enzyme-substrate solution were recorded by appearance of the stained spots in sample place containing antibodies to mink Aleutian disease virus.
