FIELD: medicine; immunology; microbiology; biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: immunosorbents are immobilized on inner wall of capillary in form of several reactive zones. Sample under study and reactants interact. As capillary is exposed to irradiation by radiation source, luminescent signal is generated, intensity of which is in proportion to quantity of component to be detected. After binding biological fluid components with immunosorbents, biotin-related antibodies are introduced into capillary pipe, while platinum or palladium complex of porphyrin with avidin or streptoavidin is used as luminescent reactant. Retarded luminescence of reactive zones in capillary pipe is measured with time lag between excitation sessions and luminescence registration sessions. EFFECT: amplified valid luminescence signal; greater authenticity of analytical results. 1 tbl
