FIELD: measurement technology, determination of several parameters by results of ambiguous measurements of electric values, particularly, full phases or signal differences linearly coupled to parameters. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine directional angles to source of electromagnetic radiation in space in mix of multibase direction finders with linear, flat or volumetric array, to determine range by phase method with use of multifrequency signal, to determine angular orientation of radionavigation objects in mix of phase interferometers. Phase multiscale meter has n phase sensors, m other phase sensors, n weight adders, each having n+m inputs and other weight adders each having 2n+m inputs. Inputs of weight adders are tied up and inputs of 1st to n-th of them are connected to outputs of phase sensors and inputs from (n+1)-th to (n+m)-th of them are connected to outputs of other phase sensors. Inputs of other weight adders are tied up correspondingly and inputs from 1st to n-th of them are connected to outputs of phase sensors, inputs from (n+1)-th to 2n-th of them are connected to outputs of weight adders and inputs from (2n+1)-th to (2n+m)-th of them are connected to outputs of m other phase sensors correspondingly. Outputs of other weight adders are outputs of meter by m variable parameters. EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurement of parameters. 2 dwg
