SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in surveillance systems for a radio engineering environment as part of a complex or as an independent device. Technical result is achieved due to the table of coarse bearings formed when setting up and refining, if necessary, calculated exact bearings using coarse ones. In this case, the table of correction of phase samples in the channels is used according to the control generator and according to the tabular data obtained during tuning.

EFFECT: technical result achieved is an increase in the accuracy of direction finding in the frequency range and in the specified spatial corners of the front hemisphere.
