FIELD: pulse devices, in particular, devices for pumping injection lasers. SUBSTANCE: device has discharge circuit which has current gate which is designed as Darlington circuit with parallel connection of several output bipolar transistors and dummy resistors. Current gate is designed as silicon crystal with metal column terminals for emitters of output transistors and metal-coated back side. Dummy resistors and inter-element connecting wires are located on ceramic plate and are designed as metal lines. Column terminals of gate are connected to dummy resistors by means of metal solder. Collector of gate is connected to corresponding conducting line by means of metal wire. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 4 dwg
