FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: integral magnetotransistor sensor with digital output on the basis of bipolar magnetotransistor is made on silicone substrate and consists of double-collector lateral bipolar magnetotransistor with base in a pocket and load resistances of two collectors which are made in the form of chain of resistances. Resistance of connection strap is connected to nodes of the chain by means of MOS keys, thus forming "AND-stairs". The scheme includes comparators comparing the voltage on collectors, logic elements which start the clock pulse metre, metre, decoders converting digital code to code of connection point of connection strap resistance to nodes of chains of load resistance of collectors. At equality of potentials of collectors the code at the metre output provides digital value of current difference of collectors corresponding to the value of magnetic induction. The signal specifying the vector direction of magnetic induction is obtained from comparator output.

EFFECT: creation of integral circuit of magnetotransistor sensor for obtaining output signal of integral current magnetic transducer on the basis of bipolar double-collector magnetotransistor in the form of current difference of collectors and in digital form.
