FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: electrical heater is used in transport vehicles seat upholstery, hothouses, blankets and mattresses. Graphitized viscose wattled tissue is using as resistive module of heating member and as flexible connectors of current feeding electrodes the same material is using made like hollow cord tubes. Each electrode is placing at resistive module parallel to tissue base and it is enveloping by tissue selvage along it yarn. Selvage surface is gluing by polymeric film having latex gluing layer. Selvage, electrode and polymeric film are broaching by zigzag sewing stitch so hollow cord tube adopts upset shape. Tissue yarn of base and weft are impregnated by latex gluing. Electrodes can be cord worked by copper wire using and sewing to graphitized tissue and polymeric film by seam stitch before selvage flanging. Such made flexible electrical heater can work in temperature interval from +50 deg C to -60 deg C. It withstands to alternative mechanical loading and keeps working parameters stable.
