FIELD: HF and SHF equipment, devices for microwave treatment and electromagnetic heating of aqueous solutions and suspensions. SUBSTANCE: invention is based on task of design of microwave heater ensuring effective heating of liquids due to relatively low working frequency (20.0-40.0 MHz) and structure of screen making it possible to obtain necessary matching of heater with load and generator. Formulated task is solved in the following way: outer conductor of coaxial line (screen) has stepped shape and forms three sections with different wave resistance Z1, Z2, Zh meeting needed relationships.
