FIELD: testing of electron devices for electromagnetic compatibility, investigation of effect of electromagnetic field on living organisms, calibration of pickups of electromagnetic field. SUBSTANCE: proposed chamber includes external pyramidal closed conductor inside which combined load made from absorption panel of high-frequency absorbers and ohmic resistors is placed in close vicinity of base and internal conductor positioned in asymmetry and made from conductive sheet passing in region of load to flat plate of smaller width coming through absorption panel and connected to ohmic resistors. Matched junction for connection of signal generator is mounted on side of vertex of pyramid. Specific feature of invention lies in manufacture of internal conductor in the form of part of side surface of cone with section radius R determined by relation R=(0.25-0.30) x ( A+B ), where A and B are correspondingly width and height of cross-section of external conductor of chamber, B=( 0.7-0.1 ) x A. EFFECT: decreased error of test in chamber thanks to diminished irregularity of field in working space, possibility of adjustment of wave resistance of chamber, simplified design of it. 3 cl, 4 dwg
