TILLAGE MACHINE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering; machines with ripping and propelling working tools. SUBSTANCE: tillage machine has mechanism for redistribution of weight load between axles of traction unit and tilling drum driven from side power takeoff shaft. Drive of side power takeoff shaft and driving wheel gearbox have transmissions to provide uniform pitch when operating at increased traction speed. Weight load redistribution mechanism has outer frame one end of which is connected with independent carrying frame by means of axle arranged behind tilling drum and is additionally coupled with frame by hydraulic cylinder placed between frame and axle. Other end of outer frame is mounted on frame of traction unit between its axles by means of brackets made for adjustment in length and for longitudinal displacement relative to center of gravity to traction unit. Weight load redistribution mechanism has posts installed on mounting mechanism lifting levers and rod with guide connected by tie-rods adjustable in length. Guide is hinge-secured on rear axle of traction unit, and posts are made for engagement with additional stops located on end of independent carrying frame. Hydraulic system has hydraulic distributor installed between hydraulic weight transfer device and hydraulic connecting outer and independent carrying frames. Hydraulic distributor has additional channel and its spool has ring groove outside zone of action onto bypass valve for possibility of interaction with additional channel. Additional channel of hydraulic distributor is connected at one side with inlet channel of bypass valve of hydraulic distributor and at other side, with space of mounting mechanism hydraulic cylinder.
