SUBSTANCE: wind-shielding apparatus has first flat screen, device for holding the screen in vertical position through tie-rods, auxiliary flat screens connected in series with first screen through pivot joints and provided with devices for holding them in vertical position and spatial motion through tie-rods to change air mass flow direction and, as a result, control weather conditions in mentioned areas.
