FIELD: domestic and medical furniture. SUBSTANCE: bed has immovable base composed of two parts extending in longitudinal direction. One part is mounted for pivoting counterclockwise to provide for slightly raised legs position. Pivotal part is retained in raised position by wedge-shaped stop with transverse slots. Wedge-shaped slot is fixed against motion over base by semicylindrical roll attached to part to be raised. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing for blood outflow. 7 dwg
