The downcast parts of the bracket pass through the taken up holes in the working head that is rigidly fastened to the hollow handle, slots are made in the lower part of the handle, and the upper and lower blocks are installed in them. Spring- loaded sliders are placed in the handle longitudinal slots. Two wire ropes are placed in the handle duct, they pass through the upper and lower blocks and blocks at the ends of the guide plates, wind around the roller pins.
