FIELD: suturing of aponeurosis wounds. SUBSTANCE: suture appliance has connected-up drive and hinged bent branches 1 and 2 with ring-shaped handles 3 and 4, stop and working parts with staple recesses. Working parts are made in form of shafts 7 and 8 mounted on axles 5 and 6. Shafts have longitudinal external protrusions 9 for drive in form of tube of laparoscope 16 with companion transverse protrusions 17 on external surface. Bend of branches 1 and 2 is stepped. Staple recesses 10 are located on shafts 7 and 8 and made for ring-shaped staple 12 having needle-shaped teeth 13 and internal surface for tube of laparoscope 16. Stop is made in form of ratchet 18 spring-loaded by return spring 26. Ratchet is connected by flexible link 22 to additional handle 29. Ratchet 18 is installed for interaction with longitudinal projections and located in guide shelves on side surfaces of branches 1 and 2.
