FIELD: medicine, surgery, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method uses apparatus of osseous fixation. Needles are directed through elbow process to be fixed to inclined semiring. Apparatus supports are connected to each other. Partial osteotomy of elbow process basis is conducted via cutaneous cut on posterior surface. Elbow process is bent to desired curvature shape of trochoid incisure. After wound is sutured aseptic bandages are placed around needles and upon wound. Next day after operation it is essential to start developing elbow joint by apparatus of osseous fixation. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
