SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics. Method comprises performing conservative therapy aiming at preventing tissue ossification elbow joint, at which the electrophoresis with ascorbic acid and magnetic laser therapy of olecranon area. Method includes applying on elbow joint drugs: ointment or gel with bischofite, hydrocortisone ointment is used by oral and parenteral administration: indometacin, alflutop, lydazum. Method then includes assembling apparatus for transosseous fixation on shoulder, performing transcondylar osteotomy of humerus, while simultaneously performing correction of deformation of humerus, performing distraction. Postoperative period involves development of elbow joint. After consolidation of osteotomy zone transcondylar dismantle apparatus for transosseous fixation. After no less than four months performing wedge osteotomy of olecranon, mounting apparatus for transosseous fixation on shoulder and forearm. Simultaneously producing transformation of proximal part of ulna, raising bone fragments in ulna osteotomy area. After surgery, begin development of elbow joint using transosseous fixator.
EFFECT: method enables to restore function of humerus and elbow axis.
