FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: probe comprises elastic tube 1, diametrically arranged longitudinal partition 2 consisting of probe tip 6 disposed at distance equal to at least one half of outer diameter of tube. Partition 2 has two channels: suction channel 3 and aspiration one 5. Suction channel 3 has side openings 4 which divide it into three segments A, B, C, segment B having no side openings 4. Probe wall has two ducts 8 and 9 for supplying solution for irrigation of gastrointestinal tract interior. Duct 8 has side opening 10 formed at level of probe head, while duct 9 has side opening 11 disposed in middle of segment B. Probe can be used to handle patients who underwent operations on peritoneal cavity organs. EFFECT: shorter operation duration, less damage done to stomach and intestine walls, possibility to simultaneously carry out decompression and washing of organs. 1 dwg
