FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has three-canalled tube branching into two probes at least 0.5 m far from end to be introduced. The probes have end pieces. Single canal infusion probe is designed as continuation of one of tube canals opening with lateral hole which diameter is not less than internal probe diameter placed upstream of the end piece. Two-canalled evacuation probe is designed as continuation of sucking canal and evacuation canal formed by diametric partition between them. The partition does not reach the end piece at a distance equal to at least one half of tube diameter or has a hole which diameter is equal to at least one half of tube diameter. The sucking canal has a number of lateral holes. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications contributing to reducing lethality, the number of complications and treatment duration. 2 cl, 2 dwg
