SUBSTANCE: blank is passing in series together with table and die between flexible shell of shaft and shaft with shaped side surface. In the process shaft flexible shell fixing flaps simultaneously with formation of shape are pressed in material of blank making deepenings. Two-arm levers after engagement with guides bulges are turning and shaft is lowering into preliminary formed by shaft shell deepenings of shape. It provides additional formation of shape in depth. In end of operational run shaft is lifting from deepenings of produced piece shape. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 3 dwg
