FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to earthworm cultivation for organic waste utilization and biomass preparing in winter. Method involves storage pile making (height is 30-150 cm). Storage piles were consisted of swine manure solid fraction as substrate (at 1-30 days after separation by hydrowashing off). Optimal temperature in storage pile is maintained at 10-50 C. Method provides favorable conditions for growth, nutrition and breeding earthworm under nonfavorable winter environment conditions.
