FIELD: agricultural industry. SUBSTANCE: method relates to utilization of liquid manure together with other organic waste and it is realized continuously during entire year and even longer at animal raising farms and other locations. According to method, clamps are formed on site and are arranged of solid organic waste. Then clamps are poured upon with liquid manure. Service passage ways are made between clamps. After that clamps are periodically poured on with liquid manure and entire mass is kept until it is matured to be used as substrate for worms. Degree of readiness of substrate is determined by means of earthworms. Clamps of ready substrate are colonized with earthworms before coming of first autumn frosts. Service passage ways are filled with fresh organic waste and entire storage site is preserved from winter frost. In spring, clamps are opened, remaining mass of earthworms is removed from clamps, ready worm-made compost and earthworms are carried away from storage site, remaining clamps are colonized with earthworms, and thus utilization cycle is repeated. pH of medium is maintained within 6.8-7.2. Moisture content of organic waste which fills service passage ways is maintained within 65-75%. Application of aforesaid method allows for carrying out utilization of liquid manure year-round.
