FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves aerobic fermentation of microorganism-producer on an aqueous nutrient medium containing sources of nitrogen, carbon, mineral salts and bacteriolytic enzyme at 25-40 C and pH = 6.5-8.0, mycelium removing by centrifugation and chromatography purification of supernatant on ion-exchange resin. Microorganism-producer is Streptomyces violascense FERM, strain BP-11132. Fermentation is carried out for 36-96 h. Nutrient medium has, wt.-%: casein 1-2; corn starch 0.8-1.8; meat extract 0.6-1.2; soybean flour 0.5-1.0; glucose 0.4-0.7; sodium chloride 0.4-0.6; magnesium chloride 0.3-0.5; zinc sulfate 0.2-0.4; cobalt chloride 0.1-0.2, and bacteriolytic enzyme - preparation orase at amount 0.1-0.2 g/l. Ion-exchange resin is diethylaminoethylcellulose. Before chromatography purification stage supernatant is treated with 3-4 acetone volumes and precipitate is dissolved in water. EFFECT: increased yield of hyaluronic acid.
