SUBSTANCE: device has driven rotating drum with closed spiral slot and boat in slot installed for travel along slot. Boat has base and axle coupled with slider. Slider is coupled with thread guide and is installed in guides parallel to axis of drum. Reinforcement member in form of core is installed in boat axle concentrically relative to its outer surface.
