FIELD: metallurgy of heavy nonferrous metals from sulfide concentrate; applicable at plants for processing of utilized lead-acid storage batteries. SUBSTANCE: the known methods of processing of copper-lead concentrates do not ensure high technical-and-economic indices that is associated with content of concentrate components. Method of leaching of concentrates in solution of sulfuric acid with use of oxygen as oxidizer is unsuitable in the presence of utilized strong oxidizer of lead dioxide. The offered technical solution allows separation into solution of copper and other metals and to obtain cake enriched with lead with the required minimum content of copper (less than 1%). Leaching agents are offered in form of paste and electrolyte of utilized storage batteries. EFFECT: recovery of copper and other metals from concentrate into solution and increased content of lead in residue from leaching. 3 cl
