FIELD: application of coating of tar or bitumen binding compound reinforced with glass fiber. SUBSTANCE: plant has bottomless housing mounted on transport vehicle. Located within housing is device for delivery of glass fiber, and mounted laterally relative to longitudinal axis of transport vehicle is at least one bar with sprayers, and binder nozzles located over bar length. Also mounted on bar is nozzle control mechanism. Arranged over housing width in plane parallel to plane in which bar is positioned are additional glass fiber delivery units. Number of glass fiber delivery devices can be equal to number of binder nozzles. Each glass fiber delivery and binder nozzle can be located in single plane in direction of transport vehicle travel. Binder nozzle and glass fiber delivery device create a couple which can be provided with separate drive. Plant can have additional bar with sprayers, nozzles and separate drive located in parallel to main bar within housing behind glass fiber delivery device. Axes of additional bar nozzles are displaced relative to axes of main bar nozzles in direction of transport vehicle travel. Plant can be provided with means for creating a downward directed air stream within its housing in the form of fan installed above glass fiber delivery device. Also possible to provided is glass fiber shredder such as cylindrical drum with blades protruding along its generating line. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 10 cl, 5 dwg
