FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body with drive unit, nozzle, and mechanism for cutting reinforcing material which is provided with knife and supporting drums. Device is provided with resilient collet ring 18 having radial slots 19 and shaped end surfaces 20 and is clamped between disk holders 16, 17 of knife drum 13. Each of disk holders 16, 17 has mating taper-shaped recess 22 which symmetrically interacts with aforesaid shaped end surfaces 20 of collet ring 18 for clamping of knives 21 located in radial slots 19 of collet ring 18. One of disk holders 17 is made integral with threaded bush 24 which carries collet ring 18. Other holder 16 is connected with first one by splittable threaded joint 23. Support 28 of drum 14 is provided with axial slot 30 and is resiliently connected with knife drum 13 through shock absorbing member 31 seated in aforesaid slot 39. Platform 28 has tail-piece 32 and bandage 25 fitted over bush 26 which embraces bearing 27 resting on support 28. Knives 21 of drum 13 are in contact with bandage of support 28. Installed in base of cutting mechanism is adjusting screw 33 interacting with tail-piece 32 of support 28. Distance from middle section of binding material supply passage to compressed air supply holes is equal to diameter of middle section (L=D). This ensures reliable operation, convenience in work and improved quality of covering produced. EFFECT: high efficiency. 7 dwg
