FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine has at least one cylinder with piston, cylinder head with intake and exhaust valves, main combustion chamber formed by flat piston crown and cylinder head and antechamber made in head and communicating with main combustion chamber and provided with spark plug and injector. Ring-shaped antechamber embraces main combustion chamber and communicates with the latter through tangential holes - nozzles. Exhaust valve is made hollow, and intake valve is arranged coaxially inside exhaust valve to form valve unit with radius close to piston radius. EFFECT: improved quality of fuel mixture, reduced fuel consumption, no adverse effect on environment. 4 dwg
