FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: method consists in admission and compression of air at simultaneous bypass of it to antechamber, injection of fuel during compression by one jet, evaporation of fuel forming rich and lean fuel-air mixtures in main combustion chamber, forced ignition of peripheral portion of rich fuel-air mixture in antechamber, transfer of flame from antechamber to main combustion chamber and ignition of lean fuel-air mixture in it; injection of fuel is effected tangentially relative to axis embracing the main combustion chamber of circular antechamber to main combustion chamber through tangential orifices from periphery to center; exhaust gases are forced out of cylinder simultaneously with motion of piston towards top dead center by means of valve gear formed by valve in valve at radius close to radius of piston before its complete approach to flat head.
