FIELD: installation of vertical structures of primarily mobile wind-electric power plants. SUBSTANCE: method involves transport of sections and structure base to installation site, sequential hoisting and joining of each section. Structure hollow base is disconnected from transport platform directly on installation site, internal ground-support system is formed, base is supported by this system, and aperture larger than transport platform is formed under base; external ground-support system is formed, closed to upper section of hoisted structure by means of flexible ties, and during hoisting of structure their tension is maintained. Internal and external supporting systems are formed considering the fact that internal supporting system primarily takes structure mass loads and external system, side, primarily wind, loads. In the course of installation, axial compressing load is built up and maintained constant; it is built up by tensioning flexible ties and is closed to external supporting system to form maximal opposing torque. Structure is provided with means for mounting and locking auxiliary equipment, such as tubes, cables, pipings, lighting appliances on sections. When mounting overhead cable line, movable platform carrying set of structures bases is shifted to installation site of next vertical structure upon installation of first one and mechanical, optical, electrical, radio, and television coupling is provided with first structure. Structure is conveyed and installed by applying upgrade force to its top part; structure base is lifted off ground and shifted in assembled condition to new installation site where its base is placed directly on ground. Section module for mounting top structures has top and bottom bases and framework bracing them together, as well as parts fastening modules on base. Module is provided with guides secured on its framework which is, essentially, three-dimensional power structure; parts fastening modules on bases are mounted in pairs on each of them and in diagonal opposition with diagonals turned on base through certain angle. Framework may be made in the form of truss structure, pipe length 9, box structures; it is provided with fastenings for flexible ties. Module fastening parts of each base have at least two grips and respective holes to receive them or at least two pins and mating holes. EFFECT: reduced installation time. 15 cl, 10 dwg
