SUBSTANCE: device operates in weightless state; device 1 is cooled by boiling helium due to rotation of helium by blades of hermetic evaporator 3 and simultaneous motion towards one end of device 1 together with vapor bubbles; vapor space is formed at this end of device 1; vapor from this space is sucked by compressor 8; level of liquid and pressure of vapor are regulated, thus maintaining definite boiling point of helium and temperature on surface of device.
