FIELD: autoclaves. SUBSTANCE: aim is stable filtration and separation of liquid product and also solid product unloading from autoclave without its stop. Autoclave has body with jacket of heating provided with process branch pipes, filter made in the form of vessel of fine porous material fixed inside operational space of autoclave with formation of cavity between filter and body; mixing device located in cavity of filter. In the case product (pulp) loading branch pipe for processing and solid product removal from autoclave branch pipe are communicating with filter cavity and liquid product removal branch pipe is communicating with cavity formed by filter and autoclave body walls. EFFECT: autoclave provides stable filtration and separation of liquid product and solid product unloading without its stop. 1 dwg
