FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for leaching ores and mineral concentrates of nonferrous, rare and precious metals. Proposed autoclave is made in form of hermetically sealed vessel with detachable cover connected to housing through sealing gasket by studs. Autoclave is furnished with electric heating device and vessel drive to rotate vessel around longitudinal axis. Vessel with rotating drive is installed on bed frame with slewing platform providing rotation around cross axis. Branch pipe is found from outer side on which shutoff valve is installed connected with chamber inside cover at inlet of which multilayer filter is installed from side of housing. Metal screen in form of disk with holes is pressed to filter inside housing. Screen is provided with stiffening ribs and bun which is connected with rod installed for reciprocation along axle. Rod plays part of driven shaft. Branch pipe is closed from outside by cover in form of tube with blind flange.
EFFECT: improved quality of product.
