FIELD: production of thermal plastics. SUBSTANCE: proposed filler comprises particles of magnesium hydroxide or aluminium hydroxide. Said filler also comprises modifying agent, liquid ethylene-propylene copolymer or liquid tertiary copolymer of ethylene and propylene or diene comonomer are used as said modifying agent. Compound being chosen of group comprising liquid organosilicon compound, aluminate, zirconate, block copolymer on the base of esters and ethers, copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, butadiene-styrene elastomer, cross-linked polyethylene, block copolymer of polyether and polyamide, thermal plastic silicone rubber or their combination are used as comodifying agent.
