FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: described is sticky thermoplastic composition comprising (1) dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer in amount from 15 to 65 wt %, said dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer containing continuous phase having thermoplastic properties which substantially comprises one or more polyolefins and in which vulcanized elastomer phase is finely dispersed. Said elastomer phase further comprises (2) polyethylene with density of equal or less than 0.920 g/cubic m in amount from 85 to 35 wt %, sum of (1) and (2) being equal to 100.
