FIELD: production of construction materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (mass %): polyether 90-97, block copolycarbonate siloxane 3-10. Said copolycarbonate siloxane is prepared by polycondensation of oligocarbonate (having tail hydroxyl group, its number of carbonate units being m= 6-20) with bis-chloroformiate oligosiloxane (having number of siloxane units n= 20-50). The process is carried out in the presence of monophenol, octamethyl tetracyclosiloxane, alkaline agent and triethylamine. Thus prepared product has regular structure with tail phenyl groups, its molecular weight being (18-35)•103. Polycarbonate, polyethercarbonate, polysulfone and polybutylene terephthalate are used as mentioned above polyether. Desired composition is prepared by mixing components followed by isolation of powder mixture. Said mixing takes place by extrusion at 250-280 C or in solution of methylene chloride.
