FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: the polymeric composition comprises (wt %): 70-90 thermoplastic material and 10-30 graft copolymer which is essentially graft copolymer with graft degree of 0.56-1.0 and containing 40-59 wt % butadiene, butadiene- styrene or butadiene-nitrile units and 41-60 wt % styrene-acrylonitrile or styrene-methylmethacrylate units, the weight ratio of styrene and acrylonitrile or methylmethacrylate units being 25-75:25-75. The thermoplastic material is polycarbonate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide-6, plyamide-66 or polypropylene and also mixtures of thermoplastic materials: 65-80 wt % polycarbonate and 20- 35 wt % polyethylene terephthalate; 40-60 wt % polybutylene terephrhalate, 15-25 wt % polyamide-66 and 75-85 wt % polyamide-6. Compositions are prepared by using mixing or extrusion-granulation equipment. Composition based articles are produced by injection molding which have Sharpy impact viscosity with sharp notch of 14-42 kJ/m2 and the strength of the seal of articles of identical shapes is maintained.
