FIELD: slow electric drives. SUBSTANCE: device has toothed rotor 3 which has Zp teeth, and toothed stator 1 which has Zc teeth. Teeth number of rotor and stator conforms to equation Zp=Zc± p, where p = 1, 2, 3, ..., it is equal to number of pole pairs of winding 5 of stator 1. Stator winding has two windings which are designed as star connection. Each phase of winding has two half phases which are connected in parallel opposing and shifted by 180 electric degrees. Each half phase has p coil groups which are connected in aiding, and diode which is connected in aiding to start of half phase. Second winding is designed as delta connection and is connected to three-phase power supply in parallel to first winding and is shifted by 30 electric degrees with respect to first winding. Each phase of second winding has also two half phases which are connected in parallel opposing and shifted by 180 electric degrees, Each half phase has p coil groups which are connected in aiding and diode which is connected in aiding to start of half phase. Pole pitch of coils of both windings is in range of 1 - 1.5 of device pole pitch. Number of turns in coils of both three-phase windings provides less than 15 % difference in magnetization forces of these windings. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 cl, 2 dwg
