SUBSTANCE: device has pneumatic planting mechanism 1 with system to build up vacuum and pressure and planting vacuum tubes 23 with pitch between their tips equal to pitch between centers of seed holes. It has also device for relative displacement of planting mechanism and locking mechanism 6 of cases. Planting mechanism has vacuum box 27. Turnable vacuum box pas perforations in working base to meet inlet holes of planting vacuum tubes. Inlet holes of the latter register with centers of seed holes in cases with substrate.
