FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, drilling of vegetable crops, preferably cabbage seeds, according to predetermined pattern. SUBSTANCE: drill has frame, seed vessel, seed guides, seeding platform, mechanism for moving seeding platform in vertical and horizontal planes, supporting-furrowing and driving rollers and drive. Drive is kinematically connected with driving roller and seeding platform moving mechanism so that during one platform displacement cycle drill advances across cultivated field for distance equal to or multiple the length of platform. Platform moving mechanism has eccentric shafts mounted on drill frame and freely connected through cross-piece and stems to seeding platform and through guiding stops to carriage coupled to platform. Drill may be driven by electric engine to operate in self-propelled mode, or it may be mounted on minitractor, as well as it may be used for cutting seed furrows and covering furrows with soil upon seeding.
