FIELD: food industry, particularly, for preparing cut dried vegetables and fruits. SUBSTANCE: installation comprises feeder with additional external coaxially disposed chamber forming with main chamber circular cavity divided by circular partition and circular swirler into three sections. The first downstream of drying material section is communicated with cavity of main chamber and through branch pipe is connected with discharging source. The second section is connected with heat carrier. The third section is formed a channel for supply of heat carrier. Channel length is equal to 0.8-3 of diameter of feeder chamber. End of feeder main chamber is disposed inside the installation housing at a distance of 0.2-0.8 of diameter of feeder chamber. Angle of swirl winding is 15-65 deg.
