FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method of selection of electrocardiosignal R-wave consists in the fact that the front of QRS 0 complexes of cardiosignal is selected by increasing its amplitude by 2-3 times relative to the initial magnitude and simultaneously suppressing the signal high-frequency component; the fronts of the QRS -complex are peaked to the signal-to-noise ratio by 15 to 20 times, and the signal high-frequency component is suppressed; the amplitude of the RS-section exceeding the amplitude magnitude of the noise component is increased to the preset level, thus obtaining a selected R-wave of the electrocardiosignal; lead is carried out in the first standard leads, placing the hand fingers of the patient under examination in electrically conducting liquid, serving as electrodes. The device for selection of the electrocardiosignal R-wave has the main differential amplifier with electrodes connected to its input; series-connected first differentiating network and amplifier, second differentiating network and amplifier, limiter and display light-emitting diode; series-connected third differentiating network and integrating amplifier, as well as an interval-to-code converter with a digital display and a computer; the inputs of the first and third differentiating networks are connected to the output of the main differential amplifier; the outputs of the limiter and integrating amplifier are connected to the respective inputs of the analog-to- digital converter connected to the computer; and the output of the limiter is additionally connected to the input of the interval-to-code converter.
